Subscriber Marlene from the U.K. wrote to tell us that the British Science Festival–one of Europe’s largest science festivals–is taking place this week. The Festival is in a different location in the UK each year, bringing guests the latest in science, technology and engineering. Check it out online. You can learn about and participate in some of their projects, online. “They have some terrific participatory projects on Twitter and Facebook, too,” Marlene adds. (Thanks for the tip!).

He’s been on the radio asking for everyone (aka citizens) to help with experiments.
Science is big in the UK right now.
